Diet

Hi,

3 weeks after "Christmas party time" I've finally decided to...(useless suspense).. start what I call an "after Christmas diet".
I'm always like "ok, tomorrow Debb, you'll start a diet". Then the day after this big resolution, guess what ? I'm here eating all I can find saying to me "You are a really bad person Debb, tomorrow you'll start a diet for real" (and yes I often talk to myself) and as you all can guessed I've never start one.

I know I'm only 17 and it's maybe too young to make this kind of stuff. I'm not that fat. But I usually eat everything I can find when I'm starving or if I'm bored and I'm a little overweight now.

On top of all, I'm kinda lazy. During this summer, with my family, we all went to run like 3 times a week. But with the cold snowy weather outside we totally stopped since 2 months I think. I missed it but it's really too cold.

But yesterday, I was surfing on YouTube, when Jenn from Clothesencounters (I've already talk about her in my Youtubers #1 post) upload a video talking about how she lost 10 pounds. She really make me wanna do the same. So for start I've upload the apps she's talking about in the video, and I'm about to start watching the sport videos that she advise.
